13.2. Legal Proceedings

If arbitration is not an option, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Qatar, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Noblelesse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our platform. Your continued use of Noblelesse after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
